Search and news research for journalists

Check a search lead before treating it as a story
Search interest can point to a question people are asking, but it does not establish the answer. Start with the original query and country, then compare approved reporting and the available observation history.
A practical evidence check
Check whether several queries concern the same event. Open the original publishers, confirm names and dates, and seek primary records for claims that matter to your reporting. A reviewed AI explanation can orient you; it cannot replace editorial verification.
Choose the right output
Use a Research Report to organise a wider subject into cited findings. Keep the reporting window, missing facts and source dates with the exported document. Do not describe search volume as a poll or imply that the country of search interest is the event’s location.
